Note From Meet Director: The 2016 Region 11 Cross Country Championships will be held Wednesday, October 12th 2016 at the Cottonwood Sports Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Entries for the JV races are unlimited.
Entries for the varsity race are maximum of 7.
Entries need to be submitted on www.ruunercard.com
no later than Monday at 11:00 pm, October 10th.
Order of Events are as follows:
2:00pm JV Girls
2:30pm JV Boys
3:00pm Var Girls
3:30pm Var Boys
4:05pm Awards
(medals top 10 all races - trophies var
1st place teams boys and girls)
Top four teams will advance to the state championship meet along with the next top 3 individuals not on a team going to state.

Region 10 will be holding their championship starting at 11am the same day. They should be done with their races by 1:00pm. PLEASE do not arrive at the course until after 1:00pm and be respectful of their awards ceremony. Thanks!
