THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING FOR THE RACE FOR HOPE 5K RUN / WALK and supporting Bridge of Love?s efforts to build a brighter future for Romania?s abandoned children. Bridge of Love, a Utah-based non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing comfort and hope to Romania?s abandoned children by assisting them on a path toward lifelong happiness and success.
Since 2001, Bridge of Love has been instrumental in removing children from orphanages and hospitals, one child at a time, and placing them with caring foster families in Romania. Currently there are nearly 40 children in foster care who receive support from Bridge of Love, in partnership with a Romanian foundation. By participating in Bridge of Love?s Race for Hope, you are helping to further our efforts!
Pre-registration is $25 prior to Oct. 23. Registration the morning of the race is $30. Please pre-register! Online registration will close at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22nd. Race-morning registration will be from 7:30 am - 8:30 am. We intend to begin the 5k promptly at 9 a.m., so please arrive early.
Medals will be awarded to the top runners in each age group. All participants will be eligible to win prizes in a drawing following the race. For any participant who wishes to raise money to donate to Bridge of Love, there will be special prizes earned by the amount of money donated, including items such as iPods, digital cameras, running watches, camping equipment, etc. For details, visit our website: www.bridgeoflove.info or click on the Schedule link above.
