Note From Race Director: The race is entirely on a paved surface. The starting line will be about one mile north of the Fairview Lakes Lookout at the top of Fairview Canyon on Highway 31, which is between mile markers 11 and 12. The race will begin at approximately the 9300 ft. level and proceed on an uphill grade for about 3 kilometers to the summit, which is just below the 10,000 ft. elevation level. It will then continue on a downhill grade for the next 7 kilometers to conclude at approximately the 9100 ft. level. The finish line will be at the parking lot of Huntington Reservoir Dam. There will be two aid stations, one located at the 3000 meter point and one at the 6000 meter point of the race, with water for the racers. There will also be a racers table of fruit and drinks at the finish. Parking is available at the starting line and transportation will be provided back to the starting line parking lot at the conclusion of the race.
Registration is only $25 if you register by July 31. Registration is $30 thereafter. The Mountain Walk is only $15.
Registration will close on August 5th at midnight.
Race morning registration will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
