This year, the course has changed, and will be a perfect (very flat) PR course for all levels of runners. It is a fun family event with lots of raffle prizes for all ages. There will be cash prizes awarded to the male and female winner of the 5K and 1 mile races, and awards given 3 deep to every age division. Early registration is encouraged to guarantee a t-shirt. Clydesdale is 200+ lbs. for men, and Athena is 140+ lbs. for women.
Pre-registration is $15 per person until August 10th. Family rate is $50. Same day registration is $20 per individual and $60 per family.
Online registration and "in-person" registration will close on Wednesday, August 10th. People may register in person at the Salem City Offices located at 30 W 100 S. The Salem City Office phone# is 801-423-2770. Packet pick-up will be on Friday, August 12th at the Loafer View Complex from 6pm - 8pm, as well as the morning of the race at the Loafer View Complex from 6:00 a.m. - 6:45 am.
*Same day registration will close at 6:45 am!!!
**The 1 mile will start promptly at 7 a.m.!!! The 5K will start at 7:30 a.m.!!!
