Long Course
Swim 600 Meters and Run 10K (3.1 miles), this course is the Short Course repeated.
Short Course
Swim 300 Meters and Run 5K (3.1 miles)
5K Run Only Course
3.1 miles same run course as short/long.
Course Description The swim is a delayed start (one person every 10 seconds). The run follows a course around Weber State University a mountain bench road and around a pond.
