Note From Meet Director: Registration: Online through www. runnercard.com . Deadline for entries is April 25 9:00 AM. We will allow unlimited participants per event, one relay per school, and each athlete is allowed 4 events. We will accept a few additions and deletions at the start of the coaches meeting. In order for any athlete to be added to an event, they must be on the team?s runnercard roster and there must be a place for them. This includes field events. Field event participants can not be added at the event. It is important that if you have athletes that need to be scratched to do so at the coaches meeting to allow spaces for other athletes to compete. We will run the fast heat last.
Pole Vault will be contested.

Field events will have a seeded flight followed by an unseeded flight (depending on number of entries). Athletes will receive 4 attempts. We will only mark distances which are near the minimum standards for the BYU 1A/2A marks. Javelin is competed on a rubber runway.
If you are willing to help run events, let me know by Monday April 23rd at noon. We could work out an arrangement to help with the meet in exchange for all or part of the registration fee.
