The 4th Annual Legacy Duathlon will be held again on the Legacy Parkway Trail System. This Run - Bike - Run is similar to a triathlon in that it has all the transitions like a triathlon but the swim is replaced with another run. The course has flat and out and back on a highly visible course. The bike course passes near Bountiful Lake and the Long Run Course passes near the Jordan River so you will have great views of the terrain.
