Dear Coaches:
The Region 3 Track Championships will be held at Alta High School this year.
The meet will be seeded based on submitted times and distances. Teams may have up to 5 individual entries per event and 1 relay team per event. Athletes may not participate in more than 4 events.
Region Seeding Meeting is Monday, May 6th at 5pm in the Alta High Media Center. Up to 3 coaches per school and absolutely no athletes are invited to the meeting. Please have ALL entries completed before the meeting. Dinner will be provided for attendees.
A coaches meeting will be held at 1:00p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at which time coaches should have all athlete scratches ready. Field Events will begin at 1:30 and Running Events will begin at 2:00.p.m.
Implement weigh-ins will begin at 1:00 p.m.
