Note From Meet Director: Please note, only four athletes per event per team. Also, each athlete may participate in only four events.
After you register, please email your team's Runnercard four-digit abbreviation to Phil Wade who is running our meet management system at this email address: phillip.wade@loganschools.org.
We have to ensure that no team's abbreviations match before we download from Runnercard. You can find this abbreviation by clicking on your "teams" link on the left side of your Runnercard home page. Then click "display teams" and then "edit." From there you can see your team's abbreviation.
It is also very helpful for us if both the girls and boys teams from the same school use the same team abbreviation if possible.
Team registration closes Wednesday at 9 a.m. However, you may continue to make changes until Friday at 4 p.m. when updated athlete data will be downloaded and athlete stickers printed. Please ensure your athlete data is current on Friday so meet day changes can be avoided.
Please ensure your entire roster is up to date for any athletes who may come to the meet, including those you think may not attend. This is especially critical for those who are likely to qualify for state or who plan to run in later invitationals (such as BYU) that require that their seed mark(s) show up in Runnercard. If you suddenly add an athlete at our meet who was not previously added to your roster in Runnercard, you WILL have problems signing your athlete up for future Runnercard invitationals that require a seed mark in the Runnercard database. Please do yourself (and us) a favor and ensure your Runnercard roster is up to date by Friday at 4 p.m. at the latest.
A final note, it is much easier to drop athletes on meet day than to add them, so if you think an athlete is likely to attend, please sign him/her up in advance. Thanks!
