Note From Race Director: Don't miss this year's Mountain to Metro Striders 7 trail race. 7 mile course starting at Waterfall Canyon Trail head and ending on Historic 25th street.
Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and older
Awards: awards will be given to the top 3 overall finishers as well as the top three in the men and women's divisions. No duplication of awards.
Swag: every runner will receive an asics mesh backpack!
On-line registration will close on Thursday, September 21st at midnight MDT. Please register before that time. Race morning registration is $25.
