We have limited run shirts available. You may not get a shirt in your size. When the website says they are gone, they are gone. You may be able to grab a shirt for your child, nephew or grandpa, though! Choose a shirt that's available in a size you can use or give.
If you are okay without a shirt, please use code "betterlate" to get a discount for first 50 users.
"Now I Can" helps children with disabilities gain more independence through intensive physical therapy. The journey to enable a child to walk on their own can be one of the most exhilarating and motivating experiences ever! Sometimes we even have children at the center that will participate in the 1 Mile! That is something to witness!
Join us Saturday, September 7th, for our 10th annual RUN TO WALK Charity 5K and fun run!
We also have a mile (ish) fun run for the kids or anyone else!
This is a community event for anyone who wants to support children and enjoy our course along the Provo River Trail. This is an "out and back" course that will let you enjoy the beauties of the Provo River, a cool breeze, and no traffic to battle! The 5K will go from Now I Can to just North of the Riverside Country Club, then back to our facility on Freedom Blvd in the Village Green complex.
Come join us for some fun, music, prizes and breakfast! Free food and shirt with registration.
EARLY BIRD PRICING $20 5K and $15 fun run ends July 26th! After that, $25 5K and $20 fun run. Tell all your friends, and participate in one of the best races in town. Proceeds help kids with disabilities--we RUN so they can WALK!
Bib/packet pick up will be Thursday, Friday, and before the race 8-8:30 a.m. We encourage you to get packets before or come early!
RACE DAY registration will be $30 for 5K and $20 for fun run.
PRIZES: $75, $50, $25 CASH for top 3 women and top 3 men overall! And lots of fun giveaways on race day! See you soon! Please follow Now I Can Foundation on Facebook and Instagram, too!
PARKING: please do not park in Dr. office spots. Park along the river on West and North end of Village Green parking, or in Bonneville Bank, or Dept. of Workforce Services on Freedom Blvd.
PACKET PICK UP: Thursday 1-5, Friday 8 am-5 pm, race day 8-8:30 am
SAME DAY REGISTRATION: 8-8:30 am PRICES WILL INCREASE to $25 for 1 mile and $30 for 5K on race day!
STROLLERS AND WHEELCHAIRS WELCOME.
NO PETS PLEASE! Due to our event celebrating children with disabilities, please respect their health, wheelchairs, and fears and leave animals at home for the event.
*Now I Can Foundation is a Provo 501c3. "Now I Can" helps children with disabilities gain independence and reach their potential through intensive physical therapy. (see http://www.nowican.org)
SHIRTS are a performance-T. We have youth, women's sizes and regular men's sizes. The women's is a more fitted cut. 2XL and above are extra per shirt! $2 for 2X and $3 for 3X etc.
So come and RUN for the kids! (and a FREE SHIRT AND BREAKFAST!)

The race starts and finishes at Now I Can's clinic at 1675 N Freedom Blvd. in Provo, building 10 parking lot!
The race goes south on Freedom and west on Bulldog to make a loop. Police and volunteers will be there and the road will be coned off. |
