Runners and walkers of all abilities are invited to take part in the 9th Annual Heart & Sole 5K, formerly the Race for Red. Sponsored by Utah Valley Heart & Vascular Services, the race is designed to help people of all ages understand what it takes to prevent heart disease. The race will also feature a FREE kids' obstacle course and a FREE community heart fair. Everyone in the community is welcome whether they're running the race or not!
All 5K participants will receive a high-quality wickaway athletic shirt. In addition, everyone at the race will enjoy prize giveaways and refreshments.
Registration is $25 for Adults, $20 for youth.
Online registration will close on May 10th. Same day registration will be available on race day.
There are no refunds or changes.
