The BAREFOOT FOR AFRICA 5K Run/Walk will be held at Lakeside Park in Orem on June 17th, 2017. Participant’s are encouraged to donate a pair of shoes and run barefoot with us all on grass. Of course, you can RUN with YOUR shoes on should you prefer!

Pre-Race Package Pickup @ Aesthetica Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa:385 W 600 N #225 Lindon, UT 84042 on Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm or Race day @ 7:00 am at the park.

When you sign up, you are also paying the entry fee for a FELLOW RACER in Ghana, WEST AFRICA who will be running IN THE KUKUOM 5K in Novemeber, 2017. Entry Fee is $25.00

You will be able to see PHOTOS of the individual African runners, live news coverage, and maybe even your shoes going faster than they ever have GONE ONLY ON Ghanaian Roads! You will get an awesome T shirt from HART to celebrate your support of our dear friends across the globe. All proceeds will go towards the HART MEDICAL Mission in September and the Kukuom HART 5K race.
