Our next race is the Dasher Dask 5K & Mile December 14, 2019!
Provo River Trail Lakeshore Trailhead,
3007 N Boat Harbor Dr, Provo, UT 84601.
Packet pickup, the starting and finish line, refreshments and awards will be at the picnic tables.
1:30-1:45 pm Bib Pickup, 1:45 pm Warmup (heated restrooms available), 2:00 pm Start.
Awards will be exchanged for your bib number immediately upon finishing so you can get out of the cold right after cooling down.
If you arrive before 1:30 pm we may still be marking the course so please wait until 1:30 pm to pick up your bib. Construction is blocking parking west of the parking lot, so you may have to park on the streets east of the trailhead if the parking lot becomes full.
Top finishers in each age division win a brightly wrapped Christmas gift! All other finishers will receive a stocking stuffed with surprises!
Age Divisions (Male & Female): 1-12, 13-50, 51+.

The course will be out and back. Both races start at the same time and head east. The half mile turn around for the mile is next to a path that leads into a residential area, and the 1.55 mile turn around for the 5K is Independence Avenue. www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2795832724
Proceeds go towards healthy foods for cancer patients. If you would like to participate and you have cancer, email the race director a medical document showing the type of cancer you have and you will get a $5 gift card for a health food stores in Utah County after finishing.
Mile Prices: By December 7 $3, December 8-10 $6, December 11-12 $9, December 13 $12,
5K Prices: By December 7 $5, December 8-10 $10, December 11-12 $15, December 13 $20,
