Event Information

A scenic course nestled in the foothills above Herriman City and Blackridge reservoir. With its 406’ of elevation gain in the first 1.5 miles makes this race both fun and challenging for beginners, and offers a good test of speed and endurance for the more experienced trail runner. The terrain is moderately technical, and is run on a double wide trail with adequate room for passing and navigating the rocks and roots. There is one aid station at 1.5 miles stocked with water and sports drink .You’ll want to take a second or two to take in the breathtaking view of the Salt Lake Valley at the summit of this course. A "must have" race shirt and finisher medals are waiting to be earned by you! (What..?? a finishers medal for a 5K...Heck Yeah, we know that you want it!)
