Event Information
After 4 years we are bringing back our Couch to 5k Program. We have set it up differently this year in a team format and are going to be doing all of the information through our Facebook page, DFPT Couch to 5K. Once registered you will have access to this Facebook page where you will get weekly running tips and program reminders, as well as, group accountability.
With the team format you have the option to be part of team. Your team captain will have access to a certified running coach, access to a closed running group on social media, and professional health advice from Physical Therapists.
The program will start on March 17th with a kick off party, and commence with a 5K on May 19th at the Millard County Fairgrounds. There will be an adult and kids race on the 19th. Even if you are not registered for the Couch to 5K program, you are welcome to participate in the 5K event on May 19th.
Cost for the Program is: $35 for adults, and $10 for kids.
