Running events will start @ 3:00 p.m Sharp


100 M HH trials
110 HH Trials
100 M Dash Trials
400 M dash trials
1600m run Finals
300 m Lh trials
200 m Dash trials

Break Tentatively 45 minutes

100 m Hurdles Finals
110 M Hurdles Finals
100 m dash finals
4x 100 m Relay Finals
400 m dash Finals
300 m Hurdles Finals
800 m Run finals
1600 medley relay final
200 m dash final
3200 m run Final
1600 m relay (4x 400) final



Field events will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m.

Boys Javelin followed by Girls
Girls H.J. followed by Boys
Boys L.J. followed by Girls
Boys Discus followed by Girls
Girls Shot Put followed by boys

Girls will compete on the boys team for pole vault.  Pole Vault will be a non-scoring event


Medals will be awarded to the top 4 finishers in individual events.  Top team in the relays
Trophies will be awarded to the top girls team and top boys team

Scoring will be based on a 5 team scoring system
    8 - 6 - 4- 2 - 1 for individual
    8 - 6- 4 - 2 for relays
