Race day orientation is at 7:40AM and race starts at 8AM.
This is the first time an event like this has come to Utah. 104 or 52 Floors of stair running. This is done in January to help fight the long winter blues of no running. This will be done in the Ben Lomond Hotel (The tallest building north of Salt Lake City) and will consist of running 13 flights of stairs 8 or 4 times. Times will start upon entering the stairwell and stop when you come out. The course allows you to rest between flights but you will be disqualified if you take more then 90 minutes to complete the entire course.
Stair assignments will be given for this event. So you might start at 8:00AM or later. You will enter the stairs every 7 secs.

While registering try to estimate your time for 104 flights in the seat area. This will allow the faster runners to go first. If you do not have an estimate leave it blank.
