Sprint and Olympic Distance - Both of these courses do a clockwise triangle swim in beautiful blue Bear Lake however seeing their triangle is 750 Meters the Olympic will swim the triangle twice. We are pleased that the Bike Course of these distances will be renewed to their old distance and course. They will be out and back on the East side of the lake. Olympic will go 12.4 Miles and turn around for a total of 24.8 Miles and the Sprint will go 6.2 Miles and turn around for a total of 12.4 Miles. The Run Course is an Out and Back course primarily in the park. No longer will the run course go on the highway. The Olympic Course is two times of the Sprint Course. The views are scenic and safe with some views of the lake as well as trees overhead much of it.
