We welcome you to Eastlake/Americas High Schools Annual Track Meet at the Student Activities Complex (SAC) Thursday 3/28/2024. Our goal is to run a safe and smooth meet to give the best experience possible to our student-athletes. We can only accomplish this goal with your assistance. Below is the information for the meet.
Key Points:
ENTIES WILL CLOSE AT NOON ON WEDNESDAY< MARCH 27th.
Running Events will be on a rolling schedule starting at 10:00 a.m.
Divisions will be combined whenever possible
3200m will be at 10:00 a.m.
Field events will start at 10:00 a.m.
Pole Vault will start with girls, then boys on WEDNESDAY 3/27/2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the SAC
ALL THROWING EVENTS WILL BE HELD AT EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT THE SAC. A SHUTTLE VAN WILL BE PROVIDED BUT WE ENCOURAGE ALL TEAMS TO HAVE THEIR THROWERS MEET DIRECTLY AT EASTLAKE HS.
Shot Put- Girls Divisions Discus- Boys Divisions then switch.
Due to the district meet being right around the corner, there will only be a Freshmen division (3 entries) and an open division (4 entries).
No team camps on the infield. Only athletes about to compete may warm up on the turf.
Field events will have 3 attempts for all divisions.
ALL RUNS WILL BE TIMED FINALS. We will combine divisions when possible.
9:30 a.m.- Scratch Meeting. Coaches will meet in the home locker room for scratch meeting and for hospitality.
