Event Information
Grace Charlene Grunander was the epitome of love and kindness. This race is to honor her memory by raising money for the Grace Charlene Grunander Memorial Scholarship for students in the Weber School District.
There will be a 5k and a 1 mile fun run. The race will start and end at Henry Barker Jr. Park in Pleasant View, UT. The address is 520 W Elberta Dr, Pleasant View, UT 84414. Both races will be hand timed by race volunteers and posted on runnercard if you register by May 31. If you register the morning of, you'll need to time yourself.
The 5K race will start at 8:00 am followed by a drawing for any prizes from donors around 9:00. There will be a grand prize for the winner but you must have a race bib to win.
The 1 mile fun run will start at approximately 9:15 if all goes according to plan.
Please arrive 30 minutes early for t-shirt and race bib pickup. If you order a t-shirt but cannot pick it up on race day, please email hgrunander@gmail.com to arrange pickup. We won't deliver it to you.
Costs will be $30 per person with a Love Like Grace t-shirt if you register by May 27, 2024. If you don't want a t-shirt or if you don't register by May 27, the cost is $20.
If you want to register the day of the race, you can run for a donation but will not be entered into the drawing and won't be part of the race timing.
NOTE: If you register after May 27 and still want a t-shirt, it can be purchased at www.lovelikegrace.com.
