Note From Meet Director: Each team can enter 7 athletes per event.
$100 Team Fee/$5 per athlete, please submit entries by 8 pm on Friday the 7th of April. There will be a $25 discount for teams helping with field events. Coaches Meeting @ 8:30 am. The running will start at 10:00 am & field events will start promptly at 9:00 am. We will have seeded finals, so you will need to enter individual times of athletes you want in the fastest heats.
Field Events will include shot put, discus, high jump, long jump, and javelin. We would appreciate one to two assistant or helpers from other teams to assist with one of the field events. We will have minimum marks on the field events if athletes don't make the mark on any of their attempts we will measure one mark of their choice.
Minimum Marks for Field Events:
Discus- 85' & 65', Shot- 30' & 20', Javelin- 95' & 70', LJ- 17' & 13', HJ- 5' & 4' (Starting Height)
