Note From Meet Director: Welcome to the Region 18 track meet. All athletes need to be entered on runnercard by Tuesday May 9th at 4:00pm. After that we will not add any new athletes in events. All scratches will be done the day of the meet. Coaches meeting at 10:00am meet starts at 10:30. All races will be timed finals so make sure your times submitted are accurate. Each team may enter as many individuals into an event but can only have 1 relay team per event. Each athlete can only do 4 events total including relays. All field events will be 3 throws or jumps and then we will take the top 9 to finals. Equipment must be weighted before the meet. All schools will be in charge of an event to help run the meet.
