Note From Meet Director: -The top eight athletes in each individual event from the North End and top eight from South End meets will be entered as well as the top four relays.
-Meet entries will be submitted at: www.runnercard.com. Marks submitted must have been achieved at the North and South End meets -The entry sign-up window will open Friday, May 12th at 6:00 pm and remain open until Tuesday, May 16th at 10:00 am.
-It is suggested that coaches submit six names for the relays. Athletes competing in the relay must come from that list of six.
-The top times/ marks entered will be placed in the last heat and at the end of the jumping/throwing order.
-Heat, lane, flight and order assignments will be emailed to coaches Tuesday evening.
-The uniform rule will be enforced in individual as well as running events. There is no longer a ban on jewelry unless it is deemed to be a potential danger to the athlete or a fellow competitor.
-The charge for adults will be $3.00, students/children will be $2.00, Family pass for $10. Athletes IN UNIFORM will be admitted free.
-Starting heights in the high jump will be determined by the entry marks.
-Eight (8) places will be scored, and will include marks from all heats and flights. Individual events and relays will be scored: 10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1.
-Shot Put, Discus, and Long Jump contestants will have three (3) attempts in the trials. The top nine (9) will advance into the finals for an additional three attempts.
-A three-turn stagger will be used for the 4x400m relay.
-No coaches or spectators will be allowed inside of the track. This includes the high jump area. Only competing athletes or those warming up will be allowed inside of the track. The infield is considered a restricted area and athletes may be disqualified if a coach, spectator or non-competing athlete violates this rule.
