5:00 Varsity Girls
5:30 Varsity Boys
Course: The course is a racing flats course that winds through a forest, multiple parks and a small section of road. It is the same course we have used in the past for region. Distance 3.0 miles, mostly flat and very fast. This is a great opportunity to fine tune your athletes before their region championships.
Registration: Registration will be on runnercard.com and will open on August 29th and will close on September 27th. Because of the nature of this course we will have to limit entries to 10 teams total. If you are interested in participating please email sam.smith@nebo.edu or enter in one athlete from your team to secure a spot.
Entry Fee: There is an entry fee of $60 each per boys and girls teams, $120 total per school. Please make checks payable to Springville High School Cross Country and bring the day of the meet or mail prior to meet.
Awards: We will be giving awards to top 10 individuals in all races and top 2 teams in each race.
