Note From Meet Director: 1) This meet will serve as the database we will use for the entire season. You are to enter all your athletes into this meet on runnercard, even if they are not running the first meet. Enter all athletes that may compete this season as this will serve as our database. After the first meet if any coaches need to add athletes to the database they will need to email me so that I can manually add them to the database.
2) Coaches will pick up bibs with timing chips on them from the tent before the first meet. Coaches will have a printout of which bib number belongs to which athlete and will need to pass out bibs to their athletes instructing them to place the bibs on the front of their jerseys and to not bend the bibs for any reason as this can break the timing chips and they will not work. The bibs will be assigned to the kids for the entire season, same bib every meet used by the same athlete. If an athlete losses or damages a bib it will cost $2 to replace, the first bib the athlete gets will be at no cost. After the meet the coach can collect the bibs to keep for the next meet. Coaches do not come near the finish line while a race is running with bibs in your hands as our system may pick them up. Safety pins will be provided with the first bib the first meet so coaches will need to save safety pins as we will not provide them every meet.
5) Results: Instant results will be posted online during the race. People will need to go to ehstrack.bravehost.com then click on the link "Instant Cross Country Results" After the meet results will be posted on runnercard and milesplit tx. Please make sure you share this information with your coaches/parents/athletes/admin as we do not need them coming to the tent as asking for results.
