Note From Meet Director: ENTRIES
Enter all runners for all races at www.runnercard.com by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7th. Changes after this time can be made at check in at Cam-Plex Park. Each team may enter no more than seven runners in the Varsity race. Any runners above #5 for their team can qualify for individual awards but will be considered a non-team runner.
ORDER OF RACES AND STARTING TIMES ? Runners will be given 30 minutes to complete the race, at which time the next race will start
1:00 PM Varsity Girls 1:30 PM Varsity Boys
2:00 PM Junior Varsity Girls 2:30 PM Junior Varsity Boys
FINISH LINE INSTRUCTIONS
Coaches need to check the labels for every runner. Please include the runner?s full name and school. It is important to make sure that each runner has a label before he/she begins the race. This keeps us organized and speeds up the finish line process.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Portable restrooms will be available.
It is the responsibility of each runner to know the course. If a course disqualification occurs, the first team finishers will be disqualified if the offending runner cannot be identified.
Teams and coaches are responsible for their team's valuables.
Please ask your athletes to keep the area neat and clean.
Each team will be responsible for their team's water needs along the course.
JV and Varsity awards will be given after the Varsity boys? race.
Results will be available following the completion of the meet and posted on RunnerCard.
Please make sure your team camp is neat and clean before you leave.

Varsity Individual Awards (1st-10th) - T-Shirts Medals to Top 10 in Races
Awards will be presented after the Varsity boys? race.
SCORING
A Varsity team shall consist of seven runners with a minimum of five. The first five finishers of each team will score points according to the places in which they finish. A school that enters fewer than five runners may compete for individual awards only. For "team scoring" they will not be considered at all ? their place score will be passed on to the next runner who represents a full team. To facilitate the meet and scoring, please remember to check that the runner?s full name & school name is on the label.
RESULTS
Unofficial results will be posted at the meet site as soon as possible. Official results will be available after the awards ceremony at the meet site and will be posted on RunnerCard.
