Note From Meet Director: Coaches- we look forward to hosting the Region 3 Tri-Meet at Jordan High on Wed, March 24th. Please enter ALL your school's participants into runnercard by 11:00 PM on Tuesday, March 23rd. As per Region 3 Handbook: Dual/Tri meets will start at 3:30 pm. Beginning with the 4x800m relay. If agreed upon by all coaches involved in the meet, the girls 3200-meter run may be run with the boys 3200 meter run as well as the 4x800 relay. It is suggested that all schools follow procedure to provide consistency with the administration of dual/tri meets. In dual/tri meets, athletes are limited to four (4) events. Field event participants will have 3 throws or 3 jumps only.
