The NCAA requires student athletes to have a PCR test returning a negative result within 3 days of the competition start, or to complete 3 antigen tests (with negative results) on nonconsecutive days with the third test being completed within one day of the competition start.
If you are not a NCAA student athlete then a PCR test with negative result within 72hrs prior to the competition will suffice if you are unvaccinated, or do not have proof of recovering from Covid in the 90 days prior to the race.
