COVID is still an issue. Open athletes must have a full Covid vaccination or perform a Covid test within 72 hrs of the first day of competition to be able to participate. Please be prepared to show a vaccination record, if asked. If Unvaccinated you will need to upload your covid test by 5pm the night before the competition to the Google form.
Mark Yes if you are considered Full Covid Vaccinated the day you would compete (2 weeks post final covid vaccine).
If you are NOT considered Full Covid Vaccinated, you need to perform a Covid (PCR or Antigen) test within 72 hrs of the first day of competition to be able to participate, or be within 90 days and resolved (10 days) of a confirmed Covid infection. You will need to upload your test or Covid result to the following Google Form by 5:00 pm the night before your competition. If you do not submit you will not be able to compete.
Please upload your test verification or other document to the Google form no later than 5:00 pm of the day prior to your event competition.
