The meet will now start at 9:00 am. All entries must be in by Monday, May 9, 2022 by 8:00pm. We will close the meet and seed the events and immediately upload heat sheets to runnercard.
Athletes can be entered up to 4 events (including relays), and each team can enter up to 6 in each event.
The 100, 200 and 110/100 Hurdles will have a trial and a final, with all other running events being a timed final. Of those timed finals, the fastest seeded heat will go last. (For the 300 Hurdles and the 400, athletes in the fastest heat, must have a valid mark from a meet previously in the year. This is for fairness and transparency. You can still enter a time for an athlete even if they haven't run this year, but they cannot be in the fastest heat.)
Field events will have trials and finals. The top seeded flight will go last, with the exception of the Javelin, where the top seeded flight will be first. (This is to offset the throwers being in the same flight of all their events, and to help Javelin move along a little quicker.) Finals will be called immediately after trials are concluded.
We will be mindful to all athletes and their running schedules and take breaks as needed to give all athletes the best scenarios possible. We really do want all the kids to be successful. Please let us know if you have any questions, thanks! See you all tomorrow.
