Note From Meet Director:
Welcome to the Middle School District Cross Country Meet. The meet will be Dec. 10, 2022 with the first race starting at 8:00 am. Meet will be held on the Sun Ridge Middle school course Entries must be entered into RunnerCard by Dec. 8, 5 pm Only those runners that qualified may be entered in this meet. Entries will be verified by Coach Frontz using the results of the conference meets. Order of events: 8th grade girls 8th grade boys 7th grade girls 7th grade boys 1st race will begin at 8:00 am and next race will start immediately after. (rolling start) No additions on the day of the race. Substitutions only.
