Note From Meet Director: The Sixth Grade Track Meet will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 at Fox Field (32nd Street Track). It will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. and will be over at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Each student athlete is encouraged to bring the following:
1. A bottled drink (water most desirable)
2. Light jacket, hat, sunscreen
3. Good sportsmanship, positive attitude,
and a competitive spirit!
For safety reasons we are asking that no cleats or baseball/ football shoes be worn.
Each athlete can participate in up to 6 events.
The Tug-O-War & Ultimate Frisbee Team Events won't count towards an athlete's overall 6 maximum events. Each classroom teacher will compile their Tug-O-War Team (10 vs. 10) & Ultimate Frisbee Team (6 vs.6) on a 3x5 index card with their list of names.
Students not participating in the track meet will be asked to remain at their school.
This meet is open to the public, and there is no admission charge.
