Welcome to this years, West Hurdle Training Winter Clinic!
Due to such large numbers the last 2 years we have broken this years clinic into 2 sessions.
Morning Sessions - For intermediate Advanced Hurdlers
Afternoon 1-4 For Beginner Hurdlers
This 3 hour clinic will help athletes gain in-depth tools on sprinting, hurdling, block work. Our goal is for the athletes to gain drills, feedback, and advice to take with them into the indoor track season.
We have multiple high level hurdle coaches that will be there to instruct athletes. Some of the accomplishments of the coaching staff range from; competing in college, running at the Olympic Trials, and training a U20 national champion and national champion in India!
We take pride in making this clinic the best we can for all levels of hurdlers.
