The course is a mostly flat, grass run with slight ups and downs through shaded fairways. 3.0 total miles run on the Canyon City Golf Course in Nephi. It's a great race if looking for a spectator friendly course and fast times. Click on the Schedule link above to view the course map.
There will be a few changes this year. There will NOT be a junior high race this year. The other change will be an added high school freshman/sophomore race for the girls and boys.
We will start a little earlier this year with the first race starting at 4:30pm. We have been asked by the golf course to make sure teams do not arrive before 3pm. Golfers will be on the course until then. Please DO NOT show up before 3pm!
Races will begin promptly at 4:30 pm according to the following schedule:
- 4:30pm high school freshman/sophomore girls 3.0 miles
- 4:50pm high school freshman/sophomore boys 3.0 miles
- 5:10pm high school JV girls 3.0 miles
- 5:30pm high school JV boys 3.0 miles
- 5:50pm varsity high school girls 3.0 miles
- 6:10pm varsity high school boys 3.0 miles
Registration and chip timing will be with RunnerCard
Unlimited schools may register.
Registration will close on Sunday 9/1, at 11:59 pm. Please process all of your registration before that time.
We will provide awards to the top 10 finishers in all races as well as team trophies for the overall varsity team champions.
Entry fees
$125 per school per gender ($250 total) ; teams with more than 30 runners/ gender, please add $3 per athlete above 30. Schools with more then 100 runners will pay an additional $10 per runner.
Smaller schools with fewer than ten (combined boys and girls) will pay $125 or $10 per individual athlete.
Checks should be made payable to Juab High School and brought to the meet or mailed to Juab High School one week prior to the meet. Payments can also be made by card by calling Juab High School and speaking with Mrs. White in finance at 435-623-1764
