Note From Meet Director: All entry marks will be visible for the Distrcit track meet. Head Coaches meeting will take place on Thursday May 9th, 2013 at 6:30 PM at Pizza Patio (straight up 1st St. from AHS - 2203 1st St.) and dinner will be seved to all coaches. Final scratches will be made at that time. Runnercard will be locked at 8 Pm on May 9th, 2013 to process entries. All registration must be entered before that time. If you registered as a team and need to modify any of your registration information, please come back to the site and make the changes before the deadline. Changes and registration can be made at any time up until the registration deadline, after which the site will be locked to process the entries. NO ADDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE MEET. Scratches will be done at the coaches meeting. For field events, enter english marks in feet and inches, designating feet with an apostrophe (') and inches with a quote ("), such as 7' 4.25". Times should be entered with a colon separating the minutes and seconds, such as 3:58.23 when needed. For times without minutes include 2 decimal points ie. 35.27. Not following these examples may lead to an athlete not recieving a seed time for their event.
