Note From Meet Director: We look forward to hosting our region meet....if we could have each school help with an event we would appreciate it.
We will leave runnercard open until 10 AM the day of the meet. Please make changes before that time so that we can seed the meet and have a printout of the heats and flights when teams arrive.
