Note From Meet Director: You are invited to the LCHS Cross Country Meet Saturday, October 7th at Onate High School in Las Cruces, NM. Located off of US Highway 70. You may park in the back parking lot by the sports fields.
Registration will close on Thursday October 5th at 9:00 PM. Please include all athletes who may run, once in the system they can be in either Varsity or Open. No adds the day of race.
Meet start time is 9:30 AM with Girls varsity. There will be a rolling start after that with approximately 30 minutes in between races.
Order is

Boys Varsity 10:00 AM
Open Girls 10:30 AM

Varsity will be limited to 7 entries and the open will have unlimited entries. We will be using BOTH a card system and the HY-TEK software for the meet.
You will be given bar codes for each of your runners to put on their cards after the races. Sometimes the bar codes peel in awkward places, check them before you peel and stick. If they are going to cut names off, feel free to write the name on the sticker under the bar code.
PLEASE, make sure you or your runners turn their cards into the scorer's table after the race in the time limit: failure to do so will result in disqualification of your team.
