Note From Meet Director: Welcome to the 2019 YISD Middle School District Championships, hosted by Eastwood High School. All athletes have to be entered here on runner card no later than 5pm on Tuesday April 2nd when entries will be closed. Field events will be hosted by Ysleta High School at Ysleta High School on Wednesday April 3rd.
We will be using a FAT timing system and we will be using lanes to identify the athletes. Because of this please stress to your athletes that it is important for them to stay in their lanes during the race (not distance races)and to run in the proper heat. Please talk to any volunteers or workers that are helping to run the meet with respect! If you have any problems please address them to Ron Durkes. Thank you!
The 2400m race will have unlimited entries. This opportunity is provided for teams that have a lot of distance runners and our goal is that all athletes have an opportunity to compete. Instant results after each race can be found by going to ehstrack.bravehost.com on their phone, then click on Track Meet Live results link at the top middle of the page. Please advise athletes, coaches, and parents of this so they do not go to the finish tent asking for results, which distracts our timing team from their work.
The meet on Thursday and Friday will begin promptly at 4pm
